NoteApp · meeting minutes

Meeting minutes in Croatian or English. Every item verifiable to the second.

Record the meeting on your phone, or in your browser on a computer. In 15–25 min you get decisions, action items and open questions — with a click to the recording next to every item. Storage and transcription in the EU.

Invitation-only pilot. No sign-up and no charge during the pilot.

What you get

Not a summary to take on trust, but minutes you can listen to.

Three lists, not a wall of text

Decisions, action items and open questions. An action item has an owner and a deadline if they were said out loud; if not, it says “owner unclear”.

A click to the second of audio

Every item carries a time. One click and you hear exactly what was said.

You decide who’s who

Listen to a short clip of each speaker and pick the name. About 30 seconds, and the names are filled in throughout the minutes. Until you confirm, speakers appear as Glas A, Glas B, Glas C (Voice A, B, C) — or as names filled in automatically, clearly marked as unchecked. We don’t store voiceprints, because they could be misused for identity theft.

Minutes on a phone: the recording player and a summary by topic, each topic with its time in the recording (00:03, 00:22, 00:45). The same minutes: decisions and action items with owner, deadline and time in the recording; a checkbox to mark done.
Real minutes of a two-minute test meeting, on a phone. Every [mm:ss] mark plays that moment of the recording. Content generated by an AI system.

AI will not tell you where it went wrong

Even the best language models do not write perfect minutes. In a 2026 study of 28 models, the best one got roughly one item in 25 wrong and left out roughly one in five. A missing decision does not look like an error: the minutes read fine, they are just incomplete. Long meetings are especially exposed, because models follow the middle of long texts worst.

Wrong: you see it in one click

Every item carries the second of the recording. Click, hear what was actually said, and correct the item right in the minutes.

Piece by piece, not all at once

NoteApp does not hand the model the whole meeting at once. It reads it in 15-minute segments overlapping by five minutes, so the middle of a two-hour meeting gets the same attention as the start. If a segment still fails, the minutes say so, with the time in the recording.

Left out: we cannot point to it

What the model did not write down cannot be flagged, by us or by anyone else. That is why the minutes have a summary by topic, each topic with its time: skim the topics, and if something is missing, listen to that part.

How it works

Nothing to install — a personal link opens the app in your browser.

01

Record

Phone on the table and “Start recording” — or attach an existing recording. For an online meeting, use “Record an online meeting” on a computer; no robot joins the call. Up to 2 hours.

02

Wait 15–25 min

Transcription and processing; the minutes arrive labelled as AI-generated, with speakers labelled “Glas A, Glas B…” (Voice A, B…).

03

Confirm who is who

Pick the names and they are filled in throughout the minutes. Download HTML, Word or PDF.

Meetings in Croatian or English; the minutes can be in the language spoken, in Croatian, in English, or in both.

Data and GDPR

Storage, transcription and speaker separation in the EU. Decisions and action items are extracted from the text transcript by an external language model — only text goes there, the recording never leaves the EU. Audio is deleted 90 days after processing.

Invitation-only pilot

A limited number of organisations with real meetings. Fair use: up to 5 submitted recordings a day and 10 hours of recordings a month, all minutes formats, a data processing agreement and direct support. The pilot is not a production service with availability guarantees and may end with notice — pilot terms (in Croatian).
